Fast Acting Immune Support
We have had a number of people in the office reporting that their families, friends, and co-workers are sick. They have reported everything from pneumonia to chicken pox and, of course, the flu. It is never fun being sick and even less fun when you have to care for sick family members and still manage your every day responsibilities. I thought it would be nice to share some of our tried and true supplements that we use both at home and recommend to our patients when the crud sets in:
Congaplex by Standard Process has been our go-to since we first began practice. A scientific study proved that it works so well because it increases immune system communication when a threat is detected. This is important because the faster a threat is detected, the faster the immune system can fight the infection. We love Congaplex Chewable for our kids. It is approved for use in children aged 2 and older.
Immune Zoom by Urban Moonshine is a certified organic herbal blend that provides fast acting support when you need it most. Echinacea, elderberry, ginger, and raw honey are a few of the immune boosting ingredients. It can be taken straight or mixed with water. Gluten free.
At our house we use Congaplex and Immune Zoom together. We like to support our immune systems as much as possible when symptoms are present. No one seems to stay ill long when we are consistent with these two immune supporting supplements.
